the STC bulletin board (2nd Flr by elevators) and website, creating and
delegating the posting of eye-catching posters, and communicating with
the SU about video homeroom.
The Financial Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operating
budget of individual shows as well as ensuring the overall financial well-being
of the STC. Responsibilities include: meeting with tech crews and show
slates before and during each show to establish and maintain show and crew
budgets, setting ticket prices, processing reimbursements and payments,
keeping constant track of expenditures and deposits, writing detailed financial
summary statements for each show, and requesting funding from school organizations
like the Student Union, Alumni Association, and the Parents' Association.
The Production Coordinator oversees the progress of the four
major productions: the One Act Festival, the Fall Musical, the Winter
Drama, and the Spring Comedy. Responsibilities include: scheduling and

by a student who wants to direct, involve minimal sets, and are very low-budget.
Responsibilities include: advertising for and receiving submissions, reviewing

overseeing the actual running of the shows. The job involves heavy communication
with each Studio show slate and cast as well as the ability to solve
artistic and technical difficulties of budget and space constraints.

with the Studio Theater Coordinator to organize the setup of temporary
theater spaces for Studio shows; and representing technical considerations
at STC Slate meetings, especially when choosing new scripts. |
